Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at support@benzcodiamonds.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original Benz & Co presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original diamond certifications and documentation.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
